By downloading, installing, or using PromoShot AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
IAM_DEV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes on Windows devices you own or control. You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
3. API Keys and Third-Party Services
The App requires you to supply your own API keys for third-party AI services. You are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys
- All charges incurred through your use of third-party services
- Complying with the terms of service of each third-party provider
IAM_DEV is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party AI providers.
4. Content You Generate
You retain ownership of the product photos you upload and the marketing images generated through the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- You have the rights to upload and use the product photos
- Generated images do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Content generated complies with applicable laws and platform policies
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IAM_DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or third-party services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law provisions.
